I’m Raque', and I created this space from my own journey of unlearning, healing, and remembering. Like many women, I know what it feels like to be disconnected — to move through life while ignoring your inner world, to pour into everything except yourself, and to mistake survival for living.

Raquel Sanctuary was born in the space between who I was told to be and who I was becoming.

This sanctuary exists for the woman who is awakening — not all at once, but slowly, in layers. The woman who feels deeply, thinks deeply, and is no longer willing to abandon herself just to belong.

Here, healing is not rushed. Growth is not forced. Softness is not weakness.

We believe in the sacredness of everyday life — in how you speak to yourself, how you move through your mornings, how you hold your emotions, and how you choose rest without guilt.
