Booking & Service Policy

By booking any service with Raque’s Sanctuary, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and reserve your time. This policy applies to all services, sessions, and bookings without exception.

Booking Requirements

All appointments must be scheduled through the official booking system. Your time is reserved exclusively for you upon confirmation of booking and deposit.

Communication Policy

Clear communication is required prior to receiving any in-person services.

Clients must:

• Respond to all initial introduction and confirmation emails
• Maintain direct communication via phone when requested before appointments

Failure to respond or engage in required communication may result in delays or cancellation of your appointment without refund of deposit.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Arriving late may shorten your session time. No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may impact future booking eligibility.

Agreement

By booking with Raque’s Sanctuary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
